Angel Javier Otero, 68, longtime resident of Summit passed away October 25, 2022. Devoted husband of Deenetzy Morales Otero; loving father of 5 children; dearest brother of 5 siblings and cherished grandfather and great-grandfather of many.
Angel was a proud United States Mailman serving the community in Summit for 28 years. He was a baseball fanatic. Not only did he enjoy playing baseball, but he also enjoyed watching it. His favorite team was the Chicago White Sox. Angel will be forever remembered for his loving generosity, gentle nature, and kind soul. He will be deeply missed and never forgotten by all who knew him.
Services will be held at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, IL, where family and friends will gather on Sunday, October 30, 2022 from 2 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service Monday, October 31, 2022 at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
