Ann M. O’neill, nee Lentz, 62, passed away with peace and dignity on May 19, 2017, following a long battle with some major health issues. She is survived by her husband, Cliff O’neill; two sons, Anthony and Martin Oneill; one sisters, Connie Ruthenberg; and three brothers, Tom Lentz, Roy Lentz, & George Lentz. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Elaine Willie Lentz.

Family and friends will gather on Tuesday, June 6th, at Salem Lutheran Church, 12951 S. Maple Ave., Blue Island, IL from 7 to 9 p.m., with a Memorial Service at 8 p.m.
