Mazeika, 90, February 21, 2019, longtime resident of the southwest side of Chicago-of West Lawn neighborhood, beloved wife of the late Kasys Mazeika; devoted mother of Debra (Mark) Musielak, Angela (Dan Sullivan) Melnick, the late Steven (late Donna) Mazeika and the late Phillip (late Cindy) Mazeika; loving grandmother of Casey, Steven, Brian, Chad, and Carrie; dear great grandmother of Casey Jr., Angelica, Emma, Cayslee, Ava, Casen, and Breanna; fond great grandmother of Julianna.
