Clemente Puerta, 65, April 3, 2019, of Oak Lawn, former longtime resident of the south side of Chicago; dearly beloved husband of Micaela Puerta, nee Gonzalez; devoted father of Cecilia (Sergio) Cruz, Roberto Puerta and Alfredo (Carolann) Puerta; loving grandfather of Brandon DeRoot, Christian Cruz, Celeste Cruz, Carinna Cruz, Kylee Puerta, Andrea Puerta, and Catherine Puerta; dear brother of Everardo Puerta; preceded in death by parents, Jesus and Celia Puerta. Clemente was an avid Chicago White Sox fan.

Family and friends will gather at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, on Saturday, April 6, from 2 to 8 p.m. Celebration of Life Service at 6 p.m. Cremation Sunday.
