Cora D. Boyer, 75, November 19, 2018, Lifetime resident of the southwest side of Chicago, of Clearing/Garfield Ridge neighborhood. Beloved wife of the late Lester Boyer. Cherished mother of Adam (Carla Gilardi) and Juanita Boyer. Proud grandmother of Abagail Boyer. Devoted daughter of the late Erwin E. Prochaska and Juanita Paige. Also preceded in death by her stepfather, Earl E. Paige, who was a father figure to Cora. Loving sister of five brothers and two sisters. An aunt and friend to many.

Cora loved bartending and meeting people. She was a big fan of watching television, especially QVC. Cora relaxed by crocheting, reading books and cooking new receipts. She was a devoted caretaker to her daughter, and without hesitation took on that responsibility day and night.

Family and friends will gather on Saturday, December 1, from 3 to 6 p.m. at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago. Memorial Service at 5 p.m. Private burial, Resurrection Cemetery.
