Emma Villarreal Garcia, 88, January 31, 2017, longtime resident of the West and Southwest side of Chicago-Little Village neighborhood for many years, beloved wife of the late Jose G. Garcia, who died last year just days short of their 69th wedding anniversary; devoted mother of Jose (Amparo) Garcia, CPD (retired), Ramon (Adrienne) Garcia, Rose (Fred) Polenica, Martin (Laura) Garcia, CPD (retired) and the late Guadalupe (Francisco) Garcia; loving grandmother of Javier, Jose, Yyuavany, Benjamin, David, Alexander, Marisa, Cristina, Linda, Vivi, Melissa, Natalie and Jacob; fond great grandmother of Leeliana, Benjamin, Carter James, Magdalayna, Alan and Ixchel. Beloved sister and aunt to many. Preceded in death by parents, Clemente and Andrea Villarreal. Emma devoted her whole life to the love and comfort of her family, she will live forever in our hearts.
