I knew Frank in the '80s and '90s at Diversey Harbor and Yacht Club. Having both grown up on the Southwest Side, we had a good rapport. He always was friendly and kind, with a fun sense of humor. Sympathy and condolences to his many friends and family. Rest in Peace Frank.

I knew Frank. I am also a Leo hs alumni and come from 3 generations of CPD. We had a lot in common with boating and mutual friends. He was a great guy and enjoyable to be around. RIP Frank Jim Mescall
