Francis P. Maher, II, 82, April 8, 2020, lifetime resident of the Southwest Side of Chicago - of Clearing neighborhood; beloved husband of the late Karen L. Klocko Maher; devoted father of Francis (Margaret) Maher, Julie (Chris) Bania and the late Kellie T. Maher; loving grandfather of Ronald (Bonnie), Caylie (Kyle), Francis, Evan, Robert, Michael, Richard and Nicholas; fond great grandfather of many; dear brother of James Maher; fond brother in law of Walter “Ike” (Diane) Klocko and the late Bruce (late Terry) Klocko; fond uncle of Felix, Benjamin, Patrick, Margaret and Maureen.
A proud Leo man, Frank was a Chicago Police Officer for 16years and a graduate of Leo High School, Class of 1957.
In view of the Coronavirus and out of concern for their friends and loved ones, Frank’s immediate family will gather for private family services at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, IL. Burial Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
