Gloria Sonia Burciaga, 91 years young. Gloria was a loving mother, an amazing grandmother who helped raise most of her grandchildren, and was blessed to be a great grandmother as well. She was a beloved aunt and friend to many people. Gloria prided herself on her love for her family and her door was always open along with her kitchen. Her greatest joy was being with her family and making priceless memories to last a lifetime. Gloria was always “A Card” as she described herself. She loved to laugh, have a good time. Gloria will be forever missed and leaves behind her legacy through the love, honor and respect she lived her life by.

Gloria was preceded in death by her first husband Jessie Rodriguez and by her husband Miguel Burciaga Sr., and by her son Daniel Rodriguez and daughter Dora Burciaga.

She is survived by her children David (Rafaela) Rodriguez, Donald Rodriguez, Damian (Irene) Rodriguez, Anthony Rodriguez, Jesse (Maria) Rodriguez and Ernie Rodriguez and by step children Michael Burciaga and Jesusita Burciaga Gonzalez and by like daughters Christine Waszak and Maria Rodriguez and by numerous grand and great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.

Services at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, IL, where family and friends will gather on Monday, November 16, 2020, from 9 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 12 Noon. Fr. Tom McCarthy, OSA, officiating. Burial St. Mary’s Cemetery, Evergreen Park, IL
