Jacob D. Canales, 57, November 21, 2019, longtime resident of the Southwest Side of Chicago, of West Lawn neighborhood, beloved son of Magdalena Canales and the late Servando Canales; loving brother of Horacio Canales, the late Servando “Leo” Canales and the late Baby George Patrick Canales.
Jacob proudly served for 20 years in the U.S. Army Reserves.
