James Orr Bogatitus, life long resident of Chicago, Clearing neighborhood, passed on to join our beloved Bogie family on January 29th, 2023. He is survived by his twin sister Jane, sister in law Donna, and his sister Mary. He was a cherished uncle to Kathryn Centanni , her husband Jason and their children, Brandon, Bryan, Brooke and Brady. Nephews Kevin and Kyle Bogatitus and great-nephew Kristian Bogatitus. James was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Margaret Bogatitus, and older brothers Al Jr., and Robb.
James will be dearly missed by his many buddies and cousins.

James was an avid outdoors man! He loved to hunt and fish like his older brother, Al. He was known as a "Packer-Backer to his family.


Services entrusted to Central Chapel 6158 S. Central, Chicago. Cremation has taken place in accordance with James wishes. A memorial & Celebration of Life is scheduled for May 13, 2023 12 noon till 3 p.m. at Palermos PIzza Restaurant. 4849 W. 95th Street in Oak Lawn, Illinois.
