Obituary for Jeffrey Philip Krestik
Jeffrey Krestik, 58, resident of Chicago Gold Coast neighborhood. Beloved son of Frederick and Arlene Krestik; dear brother to Frederick and Timothy Krestik and Karen Krestik-Schen; dear brother in law of Mary (Frederick) and Joe (Karen); fond uncle of John (Fred), Tim and Heather (Timothy), Hana and Bereket (Karen) and Logan (Tim); cherished and dear friend to many.
Jeff was proudly employed for many years in the mortgage, title and real estate industries. Jeff graduated from Port Huron High School in Michigan in 1979. He had a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and a Masters of Business Administration degree from New York University. Jeff enjoyed living in larger cities (New York, Boston, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Chicago), and he loved his colleagues and cherished his numerous friends. He had a passion for travel, theater and cooking. Jeff was creative, funny, and kindhearted-loved by all.
A memorial service will be held later in the year.
