Jeri Mostowski, 82, October 28, 2018, lifelong resident of the southwest side of Chicago. Survivors include, beloved companion of 33 years, Fred Motel; loving children, Lynne (David A.) Sircher, Joseph (fiancée, Sharon Santor) Montgomery, Jeffery (Terri) Montgomery, Laura White, Jerald (Jeanne) Montgomery, Monica (fiancé, Ariel Alvarez) Montgomery, Dana (Gabriel) Galvan, and Jaime Paoli (Ray) Moreno; two sisters, Camille (George) Diekneit and Eileen (Nick) Artemakis; 29 grandchildren, 41 great- grandchildren, 2 great great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Jeri was preceded in death by her husband, John Mostowski; one daughter, Leslie Butler; three sons, James Montgomery, Gregg Montgomery, and Derek Montgomery; parents, Joseph and Helene Foszcz Szczepanik; and one sister, Dorothy Paoli.
Resting at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, on Friday, Nov. 2, from 3 to 8 p.m. Funeral Saturday, Nov. 3, 9:15 a.m., at chapel, to Our Lady of the Snows Church, 4810 S. Leamington Ave., Chicago. Mass of Christian Burial 10 a.m. Burial Resurrection Cemetery.
