Jose Luis Franco, 59, April 1, 2020, dearly beloved husband of Arcelia Mendez Franco; devoted father of Rene Franco, Silvia Franco, and Esmeralda Franco; loving son of Maria de Luz Villa and the late Jose Isabel Franco; fond brother of Augustine Franco and Yolanda Saucedo; dear uncle, cousin and friend of many.
