Lorene Gregory, 89 February 7, 2022 long time resident of the Chicago Clearing neighborhood, originally from Huntsville, Alabama. The beloved wife of the late Oda Ray Gregory and cherished mother of Sammy (Julie) Gregory, Richard (Darla) Gregory and the late Jerry Gregory and devoted sister of the late Wilford Nicholson. Lorene was the proud grandmother of Jerry Hobbs, Nancy Woodruff, the late Nathan Gregory, Gene Alexander, Logan Gregory and SKyler Gregory and many great-grandchildren. She was the fond aunt of Janice Clark and Veronica Ward, not to mention a kind friend to all who knew her.

Services will be held at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, IL, where family and friends will gather on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, from 3 to 8 p.m. Funeral Service at 7 p.m. Chicago. Burial will take place in her hometown of Huntsville, Alabama alongside her husband. For those attending services, MASKS REQUIRED.
