Lorenzo Aguilar, 65 June 8, 2021, long time resident of Chicago’s Little Village Neighborhood. Beloved husband of Maria Oliva Aguilar. Cherished father of Juan Carlos (Gloria) Oros, Benito (Rosario) Oros and Rosa Maria (Cristo) Santos. Adored grandfather of 6 girls and 6 boys, and great grandpa of 4 girls and 3 boys. Son of the late Jorge and Amparo Hernandez Aguilar and fond brother of 12!
Lorenzo worked as a welder in a factory setting. When at home, spending time with his family and grandchildren was most important. He loved caring for his vegetable garden. He enjoyed cooking and loved just about all music. He was known to his family, nieces and nephews and neighbors as a caring, thoughtful, generous man, who will be missed by all who knew him.
Services at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, IL, where family and friends will gather on Sunday, June 13, 2021, from 3 to 7 p.m. Funeral Monday Chapel prayers __8:15 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Agnes of Bohemia Church, 2651 S. Central Park Avenue, Chicago at _10 a.m.
