Louis Rodriguez, 78, February 23, 2020, of Bridgeview, IL, dearly beloved husband of the late Aurea Hernandez Rodriguez; devoted father of Robert Rodriguez, Linda (Raymond) Poloko, Louis Rodriguez, Jr., and Eddie (Dawn) Rodriguez; loving grandfather of Adam Poloko, Vanessa, Joseph, Rebecca, Renee, and Valerie Rodriguez; fond great grandfather of Aliyah, Noah, Amari, Aria, Nova and Ava; loving son of the late Cruz and Rosa; dear brother of Jose, Frank, Lucy, Eva, and Esther; also survived by loving companion, Elba Del Real.

Retired from Nabisco Co. after 35 years of service.

Services at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, IL, where family and friends will gather on Thursday, February 27, 2020, from 2 to 8 p.m. Funeral Friday, February 28, 2020, 9 a.m., at chapel, to St. Jane de Chantal Church, (St. Faustina) 5252 S. Austin Ave., Chicago. Mass of Christian Burial 10 a.m. Burial Resurrection Cemetery.

He was a nice. Cool uncle. He visited my parents so much when we lived in Chicago and had a great time. I admired his panther tattoo. So sorry nI didn't see him again for a long time. but. Talked to him a few times when I lived in Japan. He was very excited to talk with me. Rest in Peace.

“Grandpa you will truly be missed. Thank you for the time we had together, and for molding me into the cubs fan i am today! I will miss our breakfasts we had.
