Lucy Tejeda, nee Pabon, 92, August 23, 2020, longtime resident of the Southwest side of Chicago--Clearing neighborhood, beloved wife of 66 years to the late Juan Tejeda; devoted mother of John M. (Maria) Tejeda and Alfonso (Deanna) (late Maureen) Tejeda; loving grandmother of John L. (Susan) Tejeda, Alex (Abby) Tejeda, and Sandy (Tony) Thinnes; fond great grandmother of Cameron, Brayden, Valentina and Mateo; preceded in death by her parents, Jesus and Maria Valdivia Pabon; dear sister of Joe Pabon, Rita Reyes and preceded in death by several siblings; dear aunt of many.

Services at Central Chapel, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, where family and friends will gather on Monday, August 31, from 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m., proceeding to St. Mary Star of the Sea Church, 6435 S. Kilbourn Ave., Chicago. Mass of Christian Burial 11 a.m. Entombment Resurrection Mausoleum.
