Luis DeLeon Giron, 65, of Chicago, IL passed away on September 25, 2018. He is survived by his daughter Chelsea (Ryan) Sondergard and his son Jason (Katie) DeLeon. Cherished son of Efrain and Maria DeLeon. Dear brother to Juan (Tracy) DeLeon and Byron (Sonya) DeLeon. Uncle to Joseph DeLeon, Johnny DeLeon, Joshua DeLeon, and Nick DeLeon. Long time companion of Martha Herrera. Loved by many family members, lifelong friends, and members of the Northwest Chicago Rotary, Rotary One, and Rotary Guadalajara.
Special thanks to the Rush University Medical Intensive Care Unit physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and patient care technicians.
Memorial Mass Friday, September 28, 2018, 7:30 p.m., at St. Pius V Catholic Church, 1919 S. Ashland Ave., Chicago, IL 60608.
