Resting at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, IL, where family and friends will gather on Monday, May 22, 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral Tuesday, May 23, chapel prayers 9:30 a.m., to St. Stephen Deacon & Martyr Church, 17500 84th Ave, Tinley Park, IL. Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 a.m. Burial will take place in Poland.
