Maria Luisa Magdaleno 87, September 3, 2020, born in Mexico, recently a resident of Chicago. Loving mother of the late Jorge Robles, Jesus Magdaleno, Mario (Abelina) Magdaleno, Martha E. (Patrick) Querfurth, and Ana Duran; adored grandmother of Mario, Alma, Cesar, Alex, Christopher, Claudia, Fernando, and Angel; loving great-grandmother; proud aunt and friend to many. Preceded in death by her parents, Jose Ascencion Robles and Vincenta Castaneda; and 4 siblings, Herminio Robles, Maxima Robles, Elena Robles, and Guadalupe Robles.

Maria was a lady of great faith. She was a warm and loving mom, dedicated to her family. Maria who loved to cook for her family and made sure each one’s favorite dish was on the table. Maria was also strong willed, dedicated and hard working.

Services at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, where family and friends will gather on Tuesday, September 8, 2020, from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. Funeral Wednesday, September 9, 2020, chapel prayers 9 a.m., to St. Bede Church, 8200 S. Kostner Ave., Chicago. Mass of Christian Burial 10 a.m. Burial Resurrection Cemetery, Justice, IL.
