Olga Ruiz, 70, February 27, 2021, longtime resident of the Southwest Side of Chicago, Clearing-Garfield Ridge neighborhood, beloved wife of Rafael Ruiz; cherished mother of Diana (Eric) Pugh, Rafael (Laura) Ruiz, and Olga Cristina (Jose) Martinez; proud grandmother of Michael Goldsborouogh, Corey T. Pugh, Carter T. Pugh, Isaiah J. Ruiz, Camila I. Ruiz, and Jose A. Martínez, Jr. Olga was an adored daughter of the late Daniel Bernal and Maria del Refujio, and sister of Daniel Bernal (late), Agustin Bernal, Jose Luis Bernal, Francisco Bernal, Celestina Guitierrez, Hilda Villagomez, Cuquita Becerra (the late), and Martha Vargas. Devoted aunt and friend to many.

Olga was a woman of faith, member and founder of Church Pueblo de Fe. She touched the lives of many. Olga loved to cook and garden. She enjoyed crafting and playing board games. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She adored her grandchildren. She was loved and respected by all. She was loved and respected by all. Olga will be missed. She was very unique and special. Best human being in the world!

Services at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, IL, where family and friends will gather on Sunday, March 7, 2021, from 3 to 7 p.m. Funeral Service at 4 p.m. Cremation following.
