Olivia Rios Acevedo, Queen of the Family, 62, August 1, 2017, Lifelong resident of Chicago, born and raised in Pilsen neighborhood, currently residing in West Lawn. Loving wife of Frank Acevedo. Cherished mother of Francine (Bayron) Garcia, Dina Acevedo (Jose Morales), Frank J. Acevedo, Tania (Gabriel) Ibarra, Conception Acevedo, Angela Acevedo, Dominick Acevedo and the late Anthony Acevedo. Daughter of Nolberta and the late Jose Rios. Daughter in law of Juanita Acevedo. Loving sister of Mary (late Paul) Rutherford, Felipe (Veronica) Rios, and the late Joseph Rios. Devoted sister in law of Roxann, Alex, Vincent, Joe, Anthony and Mark. Cherished grandmother of 27 and great grandmother of 29. She was a wonderful friend and aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Olivia was an avid, devoted, exuberant fan of Chicago’s one true ball club, the go-go Chicago White Sox, as well as a great supporter of BINGO and loved scratch off lottery tickets.

Services at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, where family and friends will gather on Sunday, August 6 from 3 to 8 p.m. Funeral Service Monday, August 7, at 10 a.m. Burial Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
