Patrick L. Hortsman 63, November 26, 2022. Beloved husband of the late Barbara Jo (nee Rollet). Devoted son of the late Marie Hortsman (nee Rotolo) and the late James Hortsman. Dear brother of Donna (Michael) McDonough, Barbara (late Joseph) Diliberti, James (Donna) Hortsman and Albert (Susan) Hortsman. Fond nephew of Sally (the late Swede) Ericson, Angela (the late Jack) McGrath and the late Frances (Jim) Griffin. Devoted uncle, great-uncle and friend to many.


Visitation will be held at St. Damian Church Friday, December 9th, 2022 at 5250 155th Street, Oak Forest, Il 60452 from 10 am till time of the Funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment Private.
