Porfirio Pantoja, 79, February 17, 2019, longtime resident of the Southwest Side of Chicago-Gage Park neighborhood, beloved father of Louis Pantoja, Jaime Pantoja, and Maria Pantoja; devoted grandfather of Alejandra, Dante, Jacqueline, Brianna, Kamilah, Emilia and Victoria; dear brother of Luis Vasquez.

Cremation services have taken place in accordance with his wishes. Memorial Mass Saturday, February 23, 2019, 3 p.m. at St. John Polish National Catholic Church, 4555 S. Kedzie Ave., Chicago.
