Przemyslaw Julian Swiatek, 64, September 30, 2020, longtime resident of Oak Lawn, IL, dearly beloved husband of Malgorzata M. Swiatek, cherished father of Przemyslaw (Carissa) Swiatek and Katherine (Christopher Cowdrey) Swiatek; adored grandfather of Dagmara Swiatek, Helena Swiatek, and Elzbieta Swiatek; fond brother of Marlena Duraj, Beata Kwiecien, and Slawka Kita; devoted brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many. Przemyslaw was preceded in death by his parents Eugeniusz and Ludmila Swiatek.
Przemyslaw loved to garden and was proud of his beautiful orchids and roses. He loved music, Leonard Cohen being his favorite artist. He enjoyed being near the water and was a nature lover. He cherished time outdoors and looking at the stars. Przemyslaw’s greatest joy was time spent with family, especially his adored grandchildren.
Services at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, where family and friends will gather on Sunday, October 4, 2020, from 3 to 7 p.m. Funeral service at 3 p.m. Cremation following.
