Richard “Rick” Alan Potempa 61, of Chicago, peacefully transitioned into eternal life on June 25th, 2017 with his beloved wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren by his side. Richard was a hard working city employee and enjoyed life with his bright spirit and outgoing personality. He will truly be missed by his family.
Services at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, where family and friends may call on Friday, June 30, from 2 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service at 7 p.m.
Entombment, Saturday, July 1, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Resurrection Cemetery Mausoleum. Justice, Illinois.
