Borik, 80, October 11, 2019, longtime resident of the Southwest side of Chicago; beloved husband of the late Merle Galbavy Borik and the late Joan Bernsee Borik; devoted father of Deborah (Chris) Britten, Marsha (Sam) Miuccio and Robert (Melissa) Borik; dear stepfather of Linda (Ernie) Principe, Sherri McCoy, and Deborah Fleming; loving grandfather of Kimberly (Jordan) Green, Keith Britten, Nicole Miuccio, Sam Miuccio, Jr., Joel (Melanie) Britten, Michelle Miuccio, Kaitlynn Borik, Lauren Borik, and Robert Borik; great grandfather of Daisy, Emma and Dylan.
Proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Member of Lawn Lodge # 815, A.F. & A.M., and Medinah Shriners-clown unit. Dedicated retired Teamster.
