The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Rose Lamb can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

When I think of Rose Lamb, I think of grace. She had a way of making those that she first meets or greets after time passes from the last visit as though you are the single most important person in the world. I remember the first time I met her, around 1980 she and Matt were hosting a piano concert in an art gallery. It was around 1980 and I actually recall the dress I was wearing only because she made such fuss over it, that I thought I was the height of fashion. Clearly, I was not, though Rose made me feel as though I was. And her homes, they were always so majestic yet welcoming. She had a way of radiating pride along with a certain level of humility. As lover of art, I was in awe! She would smile, seeing how impressed I was, yet she would immediately make the visit all about me. Asking questions and so delighted with my answers. I will miss you Rose Lamb, yet I know you are carrying on with peace, love and grace. May the Lord bless you and keep you close always, and may you feel as fabulous now as you have made me feel then. In God's name I pray. Godspeed!
