Obituary for Shirley Sheridan
Shirley Sheridan, January 10, 2023, long time resident of the Southwest side of Chicago.
Beloved daughter of the late Joseph and Florence (nee Benkowski) Holubek. Dear sister of Joseph Holubek, Jr., Rosalie Rojas, and Anthony Holubek. Cherished aunt to many loved by family grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Shirley was a loving and kind mother to many “fur babies”.
Shirley enjoyed fishing, dancing and taking walks. She loved listening to music especially by Prince and Patty La belle. She also found comfort and relaxation in gardening. She will be missed by friends, neighbors and all who knew her.
Services will be held at Central Chapel 6158 S. Central, Chicago, where family and friends will gather on Monday, January 16th, 2023 from 1 to 3 p.m., with a prayer service at 2:30 p.m.
Cremation following in accordance with Shirley’s wishes.
