Virginia Maher, nee Greene, May 27, 2021, loving wife of 47 years to Ed Maher; loving mother of Eddie (Brie) Maher, Megan (Tom) Frankino and Pat (Shannon) Maher; beloved “G” of Camden, Jack, Colin, Emerson and Brooks; dear sister of Mary Ellen (Bill) Hoffman, Liz (Dan) Fox and Bob (Lisa) Greene. Survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Retired from District 204 after 30 years of service. Virginia was an avid reader but mostly enjoyed spending time with her family. Family and friends will gather on Saturday, June 5, 2021, at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 701 South Eola Road, Aurora, IL, from 9:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Interment private.
