74, longtime resident of the Southside of Chicago, Gage Park neighborhood, passed away on September 30, 2022. Loving mother of Katherine Villagomez, Cathleen Gordils, Debra Losiak, Mark Losiak, Nick Chavez (Alexis Rodriguez), late Daniel Chavez, and Yolanda Chavez; cherished grandmother and great-grandmother of many; dear sister of the late Vera Alfaro.
Yolanda enjoyed spending time at home with her beloved furry dog companions, Boones and Sammie.
Resting at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, on Monday, October 10, 2022 from 9a.m. until time of Prayer Service at 12 Noon. Burial St. Mary Cemetery, Evergreen Park.
