Anthony M. Jazdziejewski, Sr., 72, May 20, 2017, lifetime resident of the of southwest side of Chicago-Clearing neighborhood, beloved husband of Mary Ellen Jazdziejewski, nee Strickland; devoted father of Anthony M. Jazdziejewski, Jr.;dear stepfather of Sandra (Frank) Nielsen, Michael (Sheri) Dennis, Tammy (Sloan) Zupan, and Thomas Dennis; loving grandfather of Amanda (deceased), Ashlee, Frankie, Nicky, Logan, Tommy and Jessie; fond brother of Joseph Jazdziejewski; dear cousin of Anthony Theis.
Resting at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, where family and friends will gather on Wednesday, May 24, from 10 a.m. until 12 Noon. Funeral Service Wednesday, May 24, at 12 Noon. Deacon Tom Hyde, officiating. Burial Mt. Greenwood Cemetery.
