Padron), and by ten children who preceded him to heaven; devoted grandfather of Jose Francisco Pantoja Novoa, Maria de Jesus Pantoja Novoa, Fatima Maribel Lopez Novoa, George Padron, Juan Diego Pantoja Novoa, Damian D’Anthony Padron and Pablo Padron; loving great grandfather of Erick Eduardo Lopez Novoa, Kendra Martinez Pantoja, and soon to be, Sebastian Pantoja Diaz; devoted son of the late Jose Novoa Valencia and Maria de Jesus Rodriguez Chavez; dear brother of Manuel Novoa Rodriguez, Evelia Novoa Rodriguez, and Esperanza Novoa Rodriguez.
