Carolyn F. Trevizo, nee Garcia, 64, February 24, 2015,of lifetime resident of the Southwest side of Chicago, Beloved wife of David P. Trevizo. Devoted mother of Vincent Trevizo. Adoring grandmother of Spencer and Zackary Trevizo. Dear Daughter of the late Refugio “Cookie” Garcia and Manuel “Boots” Garcia, Sr. Loving sister of Debra Quiroz Griffin (late Bryan), preceded in death by Patricia Garcia, Manuel Garcia, Jr., and Louis Garcia. Fond aunt of many. Services at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, where friends and family will gather on Friday, Feb. 27, from 2 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service Saturday, Feb. 28, at 10 a.m. Cremation following.
