My deepest condolence for the family of Diane O’Malley. Please know that God promises a resurrection of our loved ones that have died ( John 5:28). May your memories of her help with your grief till the time when all that have fallen asleep in death are resurrected.

Some of my best childhood memories of Diane are growing up at Timmermanns in Island Lake with horses....shoveling stalls, riding in crazy ways (backwords bareback and grabbing twine & riding horses up from the back of the field just to name a few), As young teens often do, we were apt to cause trouble getting in water fights when we were supposed to be bathing horses, playing "king of the manure pile", hide & seek on our horses in the field, & the ultimate was being dunked in the water tank as initiation to the show team prior to us cleaning it out. Diane had Cheyanne, her first horse who had a hang lip, pretty common in older horses. She made a song about it to the tune of Rudolf the Rednose Reindeer. I still remember the lyrics and it makes me laugh. We were competitors in show pen but always cheered each other on regardless and very good friends back in the day. I was honored to call her friend even though our connection was distant after she moved back to Chicago. It saddens my heart to hear of her passing. Please accept our most sincerest of condolences from myself & all of the Timmermann family.
