Worth, TX, former longtime resident of Chicago; dearly beloved wife of Andres Velazquez; devoted mother of David (Mina) Rodriguez and Daniel (Karen) Caicedo; loving grandmother of Rebecca Rodriguez, David Rodriguez, Jr., Christian Caicedo, Marcella Rodriguez, Elias Caicedo, Mia Belen Caicedo and Daniel Gonzalez; fond daughter of the late Juan and Belen Godinez Valtierra; dear sister of Jaime (Sandra) Valtierra and the late William (late Socorro) Valtierra; loving aunt of Cynthia (Jose Luis) Ortiz, Rosemary (Charlie) Mendoza, William Valtierra, Carmen Valtierra, John (Adriana) Valtierra, C.P.D., and the recently deceased Laura Ruiz.
Services at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, where family and friends will gather on Sunday, May 8, from 2 to 9 p.m. Evening Service at 7 p.m. Funeral Monday, May 9, departing chapel at 10 a.m. Graveside Burial, Woodlawn Cemetery, Forest Park.
