Elvia Rosa Perez- Castañeda, 58, September 23, 2016, longtime resident of the south side of Chicago, dearly beloved mother of Gabriela Guzman, Marisol Guzman, Francisco (Ilse Acevedo) Guzman, Jesicca Guzman and Elvia Rosa (Pablo Reyes-Morales) Guzman; devoted grandmother of Bella Guzman, Gael Guzman, Sebastian Romo and Pablo Cairo Reyes; loving daughter of the late Efren Perez and Herminda Castañeda.
Services at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, IL, on Friday, Sept. 30, where friends and family may call from 3 to 9 p.m. Funeral Saturday, Oct. 1, 9 a.m., at chapel, to St. Joseph Church, 4821 S. Hermitage St., Chicago. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Cremation following.
