Javier P. Solorio, 71, died Christmas Eve, December 24, 2017, resident of Chicago, but Tizapan El Alto, Jalisco, Mexico is where his heart belonged. Beloved husband of Esperanza, nee Coronado; loving father of Claudia L. Torres, Javier (Cathleen) Solorio and Alejandra Solorio; cherished grandfather of Sophia A. Torres, Diego E. Torres and Emily N. Long; dearest brother of Maria Eugenia Solorio (Gilberto Corona), Martha Elba Solorio, Humberto Solorio and the late Genaro Solorio; fond “pino” and uncle of many nieces and nephews; dear friend of many.
Family and friends will gather Wednesday, January 3, 2018, at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, IL, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Memorial Service at 6 p.m. Javier’s final resting place will take place January 18, 2018 in his beloved homeland.
