John T. Daly, 63, April 9, 2016, lifelong resident of the Chicago's Southwest side, of Mt. Greenwood, dearly beloved husband of Sheila M. Hickey Daly; cherished father of Meghan (Jim) Hart, Daniel (Caroline) Daly, Conor (fiancée Kathleen Simpson) Daly, and Michael Daly; loving son of James W. and the late Rose Godfrey Daly, Sr.; Adoring grandfather of Rosey, Deirdre, and Evelyn Hart, Danny, Johnny “Meat” and Anthony “Potatoes” Daly; devoted brother of Martin (Maureen) Daly, James W. (Eileen) Daly, Jr., Michael (Joan) Daly, Timothy (Maureen) Daly, Mary Rose (William) Schillo, Sally Daly Hunt (Patrick) and the late Daniel Godfrey Daly; fond brother in law of Patti (Gale) Wilson and Mick Hickey; dear uncle and friend of many.

Dedicated member of Local No. 281, Sprinkler Fitters Union. Proud to have hailed from Vis (Visitation Parish and Garfield Boulvard).

Visitation Tuesday, April 12, at St. Christina Church, 3334 W. 111th St., Chicago, from 9 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Cremation following.
