Diaz, 68, April 17, 2014, longtime resident of the Northwest side of Chicago, Old Irving neighborhood, beloved husband of Magaly Diaz, nee Calderon; devoted father of Magaly Caveda of Chicago and Ricardo (Carolyn) Diaz of Atlanta, GA; loving grandfather of Andrew Perez, Benjamin, Samuel, and Nicolas Diaz; dear son of the late Antonio and Zaira Diaz; fond brother of the late Eustaquro and Dr. Romulo Diaz. U.S. Army Veteran of Vietnam War. Resting at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, on Monday, April 21, from 4 to 9 p.m. Funeral Tuesday, April 22, 8:45 a.m., at chapel, to St. Symphorosa Church, 6135 S. Austin Ave., Chicago.
