Kathleen Ezolt Carle, 63, July 21, 2015, of Chicago, preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Margaret Berze Ezolt; survived by her sister, Marian (Michael) Shimko, of Orlando, FL; two nieces, Michelle Shimko, of Orlando, FL and Christine Shimko, of Mt. Dora, FL; great niece, and great nephews, Tiffany Rose Walker, Tyler Walker and Daniel Myatt, all of Mt. Dora, FL.

Memorial Service Tuesday, Sept. 8, 4 p.m. at FOURTH PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, JOHN TIMOTHY STONE CHAPEL, North Michigan Avenue and Delaware Place (chapel entrance on Delaware). Rev. Judith L. Watt, officiating.
