Mrs. Leokadia Ziolkowski, 86, February 21, 2014, longtime resident of southwest side of Chicago-Clearing neighborhood, beloved wife of the late Waclaw Chilmon and Jan Ziolkowski; devoted and loving mother of Andrew Chilmon; dear sister of the late Czeslaw Gniedziejko, the late Jan Gniedziejko and the late Irena Perz. Resting at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, on Monday, Feb. 24, from 3 to 9 p.m. Funeral Tuesday, Feb. 25, 9:15 a.m., at chapel, to St. Jane de Chantal Church, 5252 S.
