Margie, you were such a role model for me and I so enjoyed your company. I loved visiting you and Betty in Palm Springs. You were so fun to be with and I feel so blessed in knowing you my friend! You will be missed!

Marge was an educated and passionate woman about business and politics. She was a staunch Republican til the end and on top of current events! She and my Aunt Betty shared a treasured friendship for over 70 years, a remarkable journey they shared in life. They traveled across the world and volunteered for many years at Northwestern Hospital together. Betty will miss her terribly.

There are two words that describe Marge best "First Class": in her friendships, profession and in her volunteering work. She could have written the book for Miss Manners. She was a role model for me and she will be dearly missed.

Marjorie Ogle was my sponsor as a new member of the elite (Banking in the early 1970's) Association of Chicago Bank Women. I was one of the first, if not the first, African American members of this group. I'm sure I never thanked her enough for her sponsorship.
