Soto, nee DeCaro, 70, December 11, 2017, lifelong resident of the southwest side of Chicago, of Clearing neighborhood, dearly beloved wife of Richard Soto, Sr.; devoted mother of Richard Soto, Jr., CPD (Terese, “TC,” CPD) and Robert Soto; loving gamma of Maria Sophia Soto, Richard Soto, III, and Cecelia Pearl Soto; dear sister of Robert (Jeannette) DeCaro and the late Joseph “Mitch” (late Sharon) DeCaro; fond daughter of the late Samuel and Sophie Resudek DeCaro; dear sister in law, aunt, cousin, and friend of many.

Services at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, where family and friends will gather on Saturday, Dec. 16, from 1 to 5 p.m. Funeral Service at 5 p.m. Private burial, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
