Swan, nee Hisson, and the late David Paul Swan, CCSPD; loving father of Makayla Swan; fond brother of Daniel David Swan; devoted grandson of Frances and the late Martin Hisson, Charles and the late Mary Swan; dear nephew of Martin Hisson, Regina Hisson, Diana (Mike) Schmidt, Charles J. Swan, Andrew Swan, Christine (Kevin) Montano, and the late Rose Mary Callahan. Loving cousin and friend of many.

Services at QUEEN OF THE UNIVERSE CHURCH, 7114 S. Hamlin Ave., Chicago, where family and friends will gather on Thursday, December 7, from 9 a.m. until Funeral Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Cremation following.
