I was one of his patients in 2006. He gave me the best medicine possible and helped me so much. I am much better now and part of this is thanks to him. God bless him, he will always be in my memories and I am sure he is in heaven because he helped so many of us.

I was deeply saddened at the news that Dr. Munoz passed away. It was a honor and pleasure to work with Dr. Munoz at Ada S McKInley, he was a load of laughs. He showed dedication and care for his patients daily. His patients ask continuously how he is doing, they show concern form him because he left the agency unexpectedly. I will always remeber his spirit and be grateful for the opportunity to work alongside him and remember to be mindful of the work to be done with helping those in the mental health field. I will be praying for the family and send my condolescences.

Dr Munoz was a warm and funny man. He would speak glowingly about his wife and his wife daughter. His patients loved him. He understood that the best way to heal a person is to give them your time. He was passionate about his profession, psychiatry. Dr Munoz was a natural teacher and made sure that His staff understood the nuances of a persons condition. He will be greatly missed.
