Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Oscar Munoz-Andrade can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Our sincere condolences to Mrs. Munoz and Gabriela on the death of Dr. Munoz. He was a kind and compassionate psychiatrist who was committed to the care of his patients and the support of his colleagues.

The Mental Health Center and the Partial Hospitalization Program at Mercy Hospital are better centers of care for his contribution of knowledge and skill. The Department of Psychiatry is saddened to hear of Dr. Munoz' passing.
